Short version: Pellucid stores all your financial data entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal financial information on any server.
Pellucid is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app stores the following data exclusively on your device using iOS encrypted storage:
None of this data ever leaves your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-in required, and no cloud sync.
The free version of Pellucid displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve relevant ads:
You will be asked for permission before any advertising identifier is accessed. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your device.
Upgrading to Pellucid Pro removes all advertising entirely.

Pellucid Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy
Pellucid does not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not track how you use the app.
Pellucid may request permission to send local notifications (budget alerts, goal milestones, weekly summaries). These are generated entirely on-device and involve no server communication. Manage permissions in Settings → Notifications → Pellucid.
You can export your transaction data as a CSV file from Settings. This file is created locally and shared only where you choose to share it.
Delete all your data at any time from Settings → Reset All Data in the app. Deleting the app also removes all locally stored data.
Pellucid is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
