1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Pellucid, developed by Islam Rzayev ("Developer"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the app

Pellucid is a personal finance tracking application for iOS that allows you to log transactions, set budgets, track savings goals, view analytics, and export data. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Not financial advice

Pellucid is a tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions (Pellucid Pro)

Pellucid offers an optional auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:

• Pricing: Monthly or Yearly plans. Prices are displayed in your local currency at time of purchase.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage and cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
• Free tier: Cancelling Pro retains all free features. Your data is never deleted.

5. User responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful personal purposes
• Do not reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Maintain the security of your device and exported data

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. All financial data is stored locally and never transmitted to our servers.

7. Advertisements

The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. By using the free version you acknowledge ads will be shown. Upgrade to Pro to remove advertising.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regular CSV exports.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or financial losses.

10. Intellectual property

Pellucid, its design, code, and graphics are the intellectual property of Islam Rzayev. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without express written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
